1. PRESCRIPTIONS
All orders are required
to have prescriptions as per local and international laws. In
order to make your shopping experience hassle free, our qualified on-staff
physician will issue a prescription for each order so we can legally
fill and ship your prescription.
Since our physician cannot physically examine the patient,
we recommend you seek a physical and medical examination with your local
physician or family doctor.
2.
PRODUCTS / ORDERS
All orders are filled
and shipped within 2 business days from the time you place it. Our offices
are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
U.S. medicine names
are for reference only. You are purchasing equivalent medicines from
India. The medicines are made under strict regulations and often by
the same pharmaceutical companies that manufacture in the U.S. such
as Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline and Bayer and the facilities are FDA approved.
3.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped
from overseas within 2 business days by Airmail, and will be delivered
by your local postal service within 2-3 weeks from the date of order.
Our standard shipping
charges are fixed at an affordable cost of $10 per order regardless
of item, weight or quantity.
Whenever dealing
with international pharmacies, you should order medicines a month before
you will need them to allow for any unexpected delays with the customs
or postal service.
Since no other methods of shipment are available at this time, any requests
for anything else (e.g. FedEx Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day, etc.) entered
into the "Comments/Instructions" section will lead to an automatic
order cancellation and refund being issued to avoid any disputes due
to miscommunication.
4.
CANCELLATION
Once an order has
been placed, it cannot be cancelled as it is sent for processing immediately.
5.
RETURNS
We make every attempt
to ship the correct products but in the event you do not receive the
correct product(s), you may return them for a full refund, including
your shipping cost. Unfortunately, this is the only reason we can accept
returns as it is illegal to return pharmacutical products. In the unlikely
event of a wrong shipment, please email customerservice@shoprxonline.com
with your order number and item wrongly received. An RMA number will
be provided if a request is made within 45 days of your date of order.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
Shoprxonline.com
does not sell controlled substances and does not sell medications that
are classified as controlled substances or narcotics by the U.S. FDA
and the U.S. DEA.
