Customers

You can enable
cookies by going to "Tools" in the
menu at the top in Internet Explorer, selecting "Internet Options,"
choose the "Privacy" tab and set the level to "Accept
All Cookies." Then go to the "Advanced" tab, scroll down
and find the heading "Java" and make sure the "Use Java"
checkbox is selected.
Then close all your
Internet Explorer windows and start the application again. Then visit
us at http://www.shoprxonline.com and you should have no problem.
My
order was cancelled
If you created an
account, you can login
to it, View the order and check the "Order Notes" section.
It generally has the reason for cancellation. The email sent to you
notifying you of the cancellation will also contain the "Order
Notes."
Orders are cancelled
for many reasons, listed below, the most common being first:
1)
Overseas transactions are blocked / Not Authorized
- You should call your credit card company and authorize them
to allow overseas transactions. Our transaction will show up on your
bill as WBSALE.COM. Some banks block overseas transactions for your
protection. Generally, the "Order Notes" section of your order
will say "Not Authorized." This
is simple to fix, as all you need to do is call your credit card company,
give them the OK and place your order again.
2) Blocked
[R] - This means that our bank does not accept the credit
card that you are using because of a variety of reasons. It could be
that they have learned that some of the credit card numbers from that
particular bank (e.g. Fleet One VISA) have been linked to fraudulent
transactions, or that the particular bank has a very liberal chargeback
policy, or something about that card is not acceptable. This is not
something the customer can fix except by way of using another credit
card. If the original card that received a "Blocked [R]" declined
message was a VISA, you can still use another VISA, but it would have
to be from another company. So if your MBNA MasterCard failed, you can
still try again with a FirstUSA MasterCard.
3) MOD10
CHECK FAILED - This is a non-specific credit card denial.
IT could be a variety of things but the best thing would be to check
with your credit card company why the transaction was denied, and if
you believe your card is in good standing, place your order again.
4)
Buyer is from a country to which we do not ship
Please visit our Import
Restrictions page and see the list of countries to which we are
not shipping.
5) Exceeds
withdrawal amount limit (activity amount limit exceeded)
- There is a limit set on your card by your credit card company. The
order you are trying to place with us, exceeds this limit.
6) Unsupported
card type - You are trying to use something other than
a VISA or MasterCard to order from us. We only accept VISA and MasterCard.
7) Do
not honor - Our bank has received this directly from your
bank for one reason or another (we do not know specifically why).
8) Exceeded
Trans No. in this month - There is a limit on the number
of transactions you can make on your card and you will need to talk
to your bank before resubmitting your order with us.
